The window after you get battle.net is down for maintenance is the can't connect to battle.net window this window for some crazy reason jumps around my screen and constantly refreshes over and over like its in an endless loop i try to click the button to close it but the click appears to go through the window to whatever is in the background, usually ends up trying to relog me in I have had to alt+f4 twice now because of the endless loop.

How long has this issue been occurring?

It might be related to the current connectivity issues which have come on the heels of patching issues so I would prefer to avoid any real troubleshooting until those issues are resolved.
