I have a closed acc which works perfectly, but on open bnet I cannot join anybodys game....I can create my own but as soon as I try to join a game i get failed to connect to game....can anybody help me out?

Open games are hosted by the person running the game. As such if their router or firewall is blocking unsolicited contacts than you will not be able to join their game.
