So I downloaded the game, one straight run, no stops to assure no files are missed/skipped. I immediately went to patching. Again, smooth sailing, no skips. Finished at v. 0.11.0.15133.

Then I try and play the game. I get the first screen, which has a green load bar. I fills up fine, then I get the cursor, then it crashes and I get the error report. How on earth do I fix this? I have done everything I would expect to install the game and it fails right out of the gate. Please only useful information. I meet the system specs, have a compatable OS with all updated Drivers and latest service packs.

Can you also post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the data from the dxdiag file into your reply.
