Hi,

I have been having trouble connecting to USeast for D2 for a while. I have correctly set up port forwarding on my router and have done lots of testing with the diagnostic tool. Last night, I decided to randomly see if I could connect and I did manage to play on USEast for a short while. Today I try to go back and play (I havent changed my net settings) and I cannot connect to USEast, West, or Europe. I am however able to join the Asia server and play games on the realm. I do not understand why I can connect to only Asia.

This is what the diagnostic tool tells me after trying to connect to east: Error! 10013
Connecting to asia: Connection Established!

I have windows vista with att uverse internet. Port forwarding has been configured and windows firewall is disabled.

The most common reason for this kind of behavior is an IP restriction. However, I'm not seeing one based on the IP from which you're posting.

Do me a favor and go to www.whatismyip.com from the connection you usually use to play D2. Then, email the resulting external IP address to forumtech@blizzard.com with my name in the subject line. That way I can check it out privately.
