For XP: 1. Click Start, then Run. 2. Type in CMD 3. When the command prompt comes up type in the following in succession, all without the quotes: "ipconfig /release" press Return "ipconfig /renew" press Return "ipconfig /flushdns" press Return 4. Close the DOS window and try WC3. For Vista: 1. Click Start, then Run. 2. Type in CMD. When you see the command prompt come up, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator." 3. When the window comes up, type in the following in succession, all without the quotes: "ipconfig /release" press Return "ipconfig /renew" press Return "ipconfig /flushdns" press Return 4. Close the DOS window and try WC3. For Mac OS X: 1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilit 2. Copy/Paste the following: For Leopard (10.5): dscacheutil -flushcache For Tiger (10.4) and Panther (10.3): lookupd -flushcache 3. Press return.
