Not really a game breaking issue, but thought i'd point out the fact the little electronic banners scroll left to right instead of right to left, which is opposite of how we read meaning if you zoom in to read what it actually says, you're reading the sentences backwards.

Heres a pic of the little banners i'm refering to, I assume it's a bug because it's so completely illogical. Just zoom in on one in a map and you'll see.
