Blizzard response in the "Bug report" forum

As the beta has been underway for almost a week now and reports of bugs are starting to fill the "Bug report" forum i think it is kinda disappointing that a EU Blizz reprsentative (Xordiah?) hasn't responded on one single thread in there considering that bug reports might very well be the most important feedback during a beta.

I have a pressing issue concerning units disappearing in-game that i have in common with all other ATI Radeon 5xxx users it would seem (a direct X 11 issue perhaps?). I posted a detailed problem description in the bug report forum last thursday. However as of today no blizzard official has cared to reply to the issue (or any other in the forum for that matter).

I am fully aware that a bug like that takes lots of time to fix (not something you fix in a week, or perhaps even a month), but im not expecting anyone to come fix it, i am expecting someone to come acknowledge it. That hasnt happended in one single post in the bug report forum as of yet, and that's somewhat disappointing.

To be crystal clear, I'd like someone to Blizz to answer some of the threads in the "Bug report" forum saying "we are aware of this issue and are working for a soloution" that isn't happening right now. And compared to the North American Bug report forums it would seem that bug reports from EU have 2nd priority (since many of the NA bug reports are answered by blizz reps.)

I know that that's probably not the issue (EU being 2nd priority) but thats how it seem from a user-point-of-view.

So please do acknowledge our issues by saying that you'll look into them. I dont think that's to much to ask for an issue that seemingly affect alot of people (see http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=23301399920&sid=5000&pageNo=2 )

Sorry about the delay in this matter. We are still working on a process for these forums for all languages. Don't worry, none of those reports will disappear and we will get the content of those reports to the appropriate departments. You will also get feedback and questions on your reports if needed. :)
