Question:

is the Engineering Bay still in the game? I believe it is... and can it still fly? This is very important.

My secret Terran dominance build that I developed in the summer of '98 revolved around building mass Engineering Bays and launching them towards my helpless opponent (obviously this became a little harder because of the balance changes in BW but it could still work as an all-in move in a pinch.)

I need to know if this is still possible in SC2, or will I have to go back to the drawing board?

Terran Engineering Bay is still in the game, but as for now you cannot lift it off. Everything is still subject to change though.
