Why is it that the World of Warcraft forum lay out is really epic, and diablo 3's forum layout is really bland?

The layout is quite literally exactly the same. They're the same forums.

The visual style of the Battle.net forums harkens back to a simpler time. We don't need those flashy graphics of some ice dude in an ice land holding a sword made of souls. It's lame. Who even does that? No one.

Just give us brushed steel and lots of vents and like blue data tubes from the future, and we're cool. We'll get by. We'll get by on our future data spaceship made of forums.
