Hi guys, so I can't log in into the beta forum so I figured I'd try here. I received my beta invite and downloaded the client and patches, but when I launch the game it goes to a blank screen and an hour glass and then crashes after waiting a minute or so.

These are my system specs

Your video card is low end and falls below the minimum supported card for the game but that may not be the cause.

Do you have a logitech quickcam? if so try removing the software for the camera and see if the issues still occur.

Can you also post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Press the Windows Key and R
Type in: dxdiag
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the data from the dxdiag file into your reply.
