Are the present testers going to be booted on the 2nd phase?

I'm asking for information regarding how testing is done. Will they listen, change then allow 'new' users to experience the game, while booting those who previously tested it?

No everyone stays. In general there's a lot of player churn with betas. Some percentage of invites won't ever be used, and for those that do sign on there's a decrease in testers as time goes on. It's actually fairly steep. So more and more invites go out to keep numbers of active players where we want them to be for testing.
