Hi just trying to install the latest patch (Patch 8 (version 0.10.0.14803) for SC2 beta.

But every time at about 3/4 of the way through I get this error message:

"Mircosoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Pro...

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more info."

Im running windows XP and I've tried a restart to see if that would fix the problem but it hasn't.

Sorry if this problem is already known or this is a repost, I didn't see anything though.

Edit: Oh also the downloader crashes and I get one of those "microsoft has encountered a problem with this application" windows with the 'send' or 'don't send' error report option.
