Beta Key issues

I have a NON-FUNCTIONAL BETA KEY
I have made 2 different error reports
1 though http://us.blizzard.com/support/webforms.xml?locale=en_US
and never got an acknowledgment
the seconds tech report I made using the address given though the original beta key "invite-a-friend" email I received on 3/17/10 and send an email to beta.techsupport@us.battle.net on Thu 4/01/10 5:40 PM thinking they would be able to look up my first report, to no avail.
and (deleted) responded and hes from the WoW beta.
We traded emails 2 times and I've gotten 2 survey forms asking how tech support was.
I even sent him the original E-mail I received from you guys twice to him and right now I have yet to receive a third E-mail from him.

(I replaced my e-mail address with stars as I don't want other people in this forum to see it and spam me with crap, you tech support people should have no problem figuring out what email address is currently linked to my current account)

You think they would do a check first of the E-MAIL ADDRESS I'M USING TO TALK

and again, I've only sent it to one person who tried to use it though the "Account Management
Add a New Game" only for it to be "invalid"
no, it doesn't say cd key is already in use

I would appreciate a straight up answer, is it "still under investigation" "simply an invalid CD key" or "someone hacked my email account and stole it" or "we aren't going to do anything about it"
EDIT: I have a friend I would like to invite to beta but I cannot with the beta key issue.

Hello Capghost

Please refrain from naming specific resp in these forums.

The representative in question is off on Sunday and Monday so will not be hearing form him again until Tuesday at the earliest.

It looks like you sent in an email on Saturday right after his shift ended.

The people that monitor this forum have no access to the information needed to investigate this issue so your best bet is to follow up with the emails you have already been sent.

It does look like your latest email does not contain the Beta Key you were provided and they way I read it I think he wants to know what Battle.net account is supposed to be updated with that key.
