Beta Key invalid?

A friend of mine got the "give a friend a beta key" invite, but when I enter the key it says the key is invalid. I tried copy+paste, and entering it roughly 15 times, i am positive I typed it correctly. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it possible they are delayed in activating some of them? o.0 I was initially very suspicious when my friend said he had the email, so I was careful and checked everything out and I am pretty positive it is legit...

Please contact our billing support and inform them of your problem, also letting them know which key you got. They will see that those keys are activated.

Tell your friends to try to input only the first 26 digits of the code. There seems to be an issue with the code itself having a problem. We are looking into it. :)

Edit: The codes you got have 27 digits, so just leave away the last one (clarifying, so you don't need to count).

Also please be sure your friends are adding the code in the correct place. It should be added under the point "Add or Upgrade a Game" and not "Item Code Redemption". Yes, we have had this happen, so I just want to make sure. ;)

By the way after we have had a few cases contact us, we will be able to sort it out for everyone. So you'll just have to wait a little bit and your key should be activated. Just check it again tomorrow.
