Looks like calling in is what you'll have to do to prove identity, get the authenticator removed, and begin the restoration process.

I'd recommend calling at non-peak hours. As early as possible, in other words. But obviously you want to get it done as soon as possible too. Do you have a cel phone capable of using the mobile authenticator app or own an authenticator already? If so you should get that prepped to add to your account as soon as it's restored.
