Authenticator wtf?

Correct, they use the method as a way to keep control of the account during the period that they are trying to abuse it. They are mainly after World of Warcraft accounts.

Nah, we will just lock out the account. Gives different message so it is unmistakable that it is on our end. Adding an authenticator would be more time consuming and would not provide enough detail as to what is going on. Technical support needs your feedback.
