Ok, my account, when logging in, requires an authenticator. I never put an authenticator on my account. What's going on?

Correct, they use the method as a way to keep control of the account during the period that they are trying to abuse it. They are mainly after World of Warcraft accounts.

Incorrect. We never add an authenticator. We have other means of locking out accounts once a compromise is detected.

Nah, we will just lock out the account. Gives different message so it is unmistakable that it is on our end. Adding an authenticator would be more time consuming and would not provide enough detail as to what is going on.

Also available on the iPod touch and on phones using the Android operating system.

Those ones are free. There are some other supported pohnes that have an application that costs 99 cents. And of course the physical token which is $6.50 USD from our store.

We do not have a list of the Android phones that are supported. Some limitations may exist depending on your carrier but for the most part if it is an Android phone than it will work.

I have one on mine though I still use the keychain version. I never go anywhere without my keys but I have been known to leave my phone at home on accident.
