2 servers connect, 2 don't
by Topmopflop | 06/04/2010 00:54:51![]() Hello, So I dusted off my copy of wc3 and want to start playing again, now I've installed the game again and logged into bnet to my surprise I was unable to connect. I tried again and again, then I tried loggin into USWest & Kalimdor which seems to work, but Lordaeron and Northrend is unable. Im curious how this can be as I did not do anything unlegal on those networks? If you can help me with this, thanks. |
by Charlesps | 06/04/2010 02:33:37![]() Hello Topmopflop There is a restriction on the connection you use to reach Battle.net. That means that this connection was detected violating the terms of use in one of the manners described below. - Spamming text in the chat channel (often associated with bots) - Repeated attempts to use an invalid CD-Key - Repeated use of third-party programs (hacks) these include but are not limited to sending bad packets, flooding the server(s), and the use of hack programs Restrictions of this nature can last form several days up to two weeks. There are approximately 8 days remaining on this restriction. Technical support does not have access to the reason a specific restriction was put in place and We do not have the ability to remove the restriction. The only thing I can recommend is trying to connect every couple of days to see if the restriction has lifted. Technical support needs your feedback. Please take the time to fill out a survey using the link below and tell me how I am doing: https:// |
